West Coast Koh Chang Waterfront Land This impressive plot Chanote titled land is one of few remaining undeveloped oceanfront plots on the popular west coast of Koh Chang. It is located just one kilometre to the south of White Sand Beach which is the island’s busiest tourist beach. It presents excellent opportunities for a resort or a residential project. The land is served by a concrete road and is in a lovely waterfront location that also has the convenience of being just a couple of hundred metres from Dan Mai village. The land is in a rectangle shape with the long side enjoying absolute beachfront so it would be ideal for a resort or housing development. There is also the possibility of buying a further seven rai plot that adjoins the land to make a larger plot of 12 Rai (19,200 sqm.) with even more waterfront.
