Siam Royal View - Koh Chang Property

Siam Royal View is a large development of beach villas, apartments, a golf course and a marina that is Koh Chang’s largest and most ambitious property development to date. It occupies a large area of land with a double seashore frontage in Klong Son Bay which is in the North-West corner of Koh Chang just a couple of minutes drive from the ferry pier. The project began over five years ago and their new yacht Marina is now approaching completion.
Sometimes there are completed houses available for re-sale or you can purchase a plot of land and choose the size and individual characteristics of your home. They also have condo units close to the beach. The Siam Royal View village has restaurants and two swimming pools, a watersports centre and a pitch and putt golf course
