Koh Chang, Trat

This excellent plot of land and private beach on Koh Kood would be perfect for a private resort or property development. The land covers an area of 25 Rai (40,000) sqm. 60% of the land borders have water frontage and there is a private beach. The land is located in the South West of Koh Kood and has full access to the main road. The land title is Sor Kor – the same title as the majority of the land on Koh Kood.
