This excellent plot of land and private beach on Koh Kood would be perfect for a private resort or property development. The land covers an area of 25 Rai (40,000) sqm. 60% of the land borders have water frontage and there is a private beach. The land is located in the South West of Koh Kood and has full access to the main road. The land title is Sor Kor – the same title as the majority of the land on Koh Kood. The area is developing and already has six or seven resorts including the newly-completed five star Resort Parama Koh Chang. The land itself consists of a thirteen rai (20,800 sqm.) plot that is located beside the road opposite a waterfront resort. There is a slight sea view from the land. The land title is  “Nor Sor Sam Gor” which is one the most secure Thai land title deeds. There is a large three bedroom house already in place on the land and the plot has full electricity and water access. The land is very reasonably priced at 29.95 Million Baht for the whole 13 Rai.
