This large 5 Rai (8,000 sqm.) plot of Chanote titled waterfront land is for sale at Dan Mai on the east coast of Koh Chang. The land is served by a concrete road and is in a lovely waterfront location that also has the convenience of being just a couple of hundred metres from Dan Mai village. The land itself consists of a thirteen rai (20,800 sqm.) plot that is located beside the road opposite a waterfront resort. There is a slight sea view from the land. The land title is  “Nor Sor Sam Gor” which is one the most secure Thai land title deeds. There is a large three bedroom house already in place on the land and the plot has full electricity and water access. The land is very reasonably priced at 29.95 Million Baht for the whole 13 Rai.

This 2.1 Rai piece of Chanote land sits in a great location overlooking the river that flows through Klong Son village. It is beside a quiet road a little way up the attractive inland valley in Klong Son village. The land is in a residential area and would be ideal for the construction of one or several private or rental residences. A key selling point is that the land is held under a secure Chanote title deed where much of the land in this area has less secure title. The land is now priced at a reduced 3.6 million Baht per Rai so the total price is 7.56 Million Baht.
